No, I don’t usually dress in purple sequined velvet dresses.

I’m a pre-med student at Colorado College, in Colorado Springs. Full-time student, part-time foodie. I spend my days in the lab, with cells and chromatin, and my nights in the kitchen, with cookies and cupcakes.

It’s a beautiful life.

  1. Hi Hannah! Thanks for liking my post on Flourless Chocolate Cake! I see your caption says “Baking in Kenya” I just got back from a trip to Rwanda and Ethiopia last week! It was my first time in Africa, and now I’m in love with it. So what are you doing in Kenya?

  2. Mmmmm, delicious. I got “Vegan Cupcakes Take Over the World” as a gift a few months ago, and now my son demands vegan cupcakes every other week. We aren’t vegan, so now I can make YOUR cupcakes too. The strawberry vanilla bean is calling to me….

    • I’ve never tried to make a vegan cupcake — the combination of altitude and vegan cooking may prove disastrous, but it’s certainly a challenge I’d like to try!
